Wonderful lobster plate with a helpful staff. My wife's shrimp was good too, but a bit over priced. The view was excellent, really standing out as a memorable vacation dinner.The main downside was the wait of about 50 minutes for 2 people in the offseason. Even this worked out because we found seats at the bar during the wait. Great place!

Beautiful location on water in the Old Port! Friendly staff, and the food is respectable. I've been here for a few functions, and they have all been very good.

We came here for lunch on Sat afternoon. It wasn't disappointing. We waited about 10 mins to be sat and our server, Amy, was awesome. Helpful and very nice. The onion ring appetizer was delicious. I had the lobster Ruben, which was pretty good, but could have used more bacon sauerkraut. My fiance had the lobster roll, which she said was good and her mother had the fish sandwich. She raved about it. Our other guest had a burger, but it was a plain burger so you can't really mess that up. The sides were decent so all in all the experience was good. The food wasn't really on a 4 star level for me so the extra star is for the service. We will come try again though.

We came to Portland for the weekend with my elderly in laws. This was the perfect lunch spot! Plenty of parking, we were seated right away, it was clean, pleasant and a view of the ocean anywhere you sit! The front desk staff were friendly and our waiter Ari was very professional and efficient, we never felt rushed.All of our meals were delish - the boys had the lunch portion fried clam plate, she had broiled haddock and I had the fried North Atlantic shrimp. Everything was light, crispy and served nice and hot!I don't think the pricing for this waterfront restaurant is unreasonable. It's perfect for couples, friends or family any time of the year.
