    Ive been coming here for years and an issue has finally arise where they handed me the wrong contacts. At first they didnt look into the issue and told me that my R eye will adjust to the contact, but when I noticed it was a different brand I called back and things were figured out. This wouldnt be a problem if I wasn't a travel nurse who is out of state. They said they would overnight ship it to me a week ago and I have yet to receive them even after I called twice to ask if theyve shipped it already. This is very upsetting because I would like to see, especially for a concert I have coming up. I will now have to call for a 3rd time to know the whereabouts of my contact. Im disappointed in how they handle issues but I guess Ill continue to go here.

    The doctors are great and the overall service is good. But the check-in process is ATROCIOUS ! every other person has to get a walk thru of the checkin process because its incredibly confusing. The system requires you to agree to pay for services you dont want - it does not provide an opt out option. Theyll tell you dont have to pay for it BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO AGREE TO PAY FOR IT IN THE SYSTEM. Ridiculous!

    Update: Its now been about 3 months post op. and i am still seeing halos and my vision in low light has decreased noticeably. There is no clear explanation to why this is happening or if it will resolve. Just keep these risks in mind....I came to this office for Lasik. I was definitely apprehensive about the procedure given how important sight is to me. Everyone was extremely understanding, helpful, and patient, especially Sahara. She answered my numerous questions and rescheduled my appointment without issue even though it was only a few days away. Overall a very positive experience and i would certainly recommend them,
