Dr and staff very friendly. The only problem that I had was after I got home I called requesting to speak to the nurse, I was told that she would receive the message . This happened on January 8, 2024 , today is January 10, 2024 . I am so glad that I did not had an emergency . All I needed was an answer to my question. Should I continue taking Doxycycline for the eye injection or stop ? I guess I can ask the Doctor on my follow up appointment .

I spent an additional hour waiting for the doctor after my scans were completed. No one told ma what the holdup was. I just sat there.....waiting.

All staff were pleasant and helpful, but I needed to see four different people to get testing and counseling done prior to cataract surgery - which I was okay with - but had long waits before each consultation. After receiving numerous appointment reminders via text, calls and emails to make sure I showed up, I consider it disrespectful to regard my time and comfort so callously. In addition, no one explained ahead of time what my visit entailed, and I was unaware that my eyes would be dilated. When I left, my vision was still blurry. I had difficulty driving home, but would have arranged for other transportation with advance knowledge.

I had to check in on a kiosk type machine. A question about "auto pay/save a credit card on file". I didn't accept and it wouldn't let me decline. I asked someone what to do and they didn't know either. I exited out. Sad y'all want patients to use equipment that staff doesn't know how either.doesn't know how to use.
