Had a technician not practice good hand hygiene (rubbed her runny nose on her hand and refused to use hand sanitizer or wash hands when asked). Also she sent at least 3 text messages while doing my evaluation. Disappointing in the behavior when we've spent so long getting through a pandemic.

I love the doctors there. I do not like their new location. Parking is horrible!! Their car garage is not free anymore, and their parking is horrible for trucks. I had the worst experience, it is not designed for big trucks. Be safe when you drive in their garage!

Andy (Katy Location) really calmed my fears about the results of my left eye cataract surgery nearly one month ago.
