My last visit I had pretty bad pain in my eye. I waited one hour before seeing the doctor. Dr. Beavers was very vague and did not diagnose me correctly and told me to buy a treatment that was not helpful. My eye pain worsened. I returned and saw Dr. Tremblay who was on time and great. Told me exactly what may be going on. Told me what treatment to purchase (and to stop using what Dr. Beavers told me to get). That night, I felt 90% better! I would return but only to see Dr. Tremblay.

Dr. Phillip Brunson is a great ophthalmologist who has done an excellent job in treating my eyes. However, the level of service provided by the support staff needs improvement. On my most recent visit someone accidentally threw my expensive scleral contact lenses in the trash. Luckily, they found them. Then the person who sent in my glasses prescription for processing got the type of lenses wrong and now I have to go back to do more measurements. It just seems that there's a lack of attention to detail overall by the support staff.
