Brought my husband in and he was diagnosed with glaucoma. They gave him eye drops and said come back in 2 weeks.His pain was so bad the next 2 days that he could barely raise his head off the pillow. I called to speak with Dr. Castro and was told she would call us shortly.Never got a phone call.Day 3 and still in pain and no call from anyone.

Dr Brunson is nice but I have been waiting seven days just to get an appointment call to set up the treatment Dr Brunson recommended. No one will return my calls. Bad PR

Dr. Hicks was very upbeat and informative when I visited today. I havent been to an optometrist in over a decade but she made the experience nice and easy. Im glad Ill be seeing her again in about a month.The front desk staff were very quick and helpful in their tasks as well.Edit: originally a 5 star but they did not send my prescription medicine to the pharmacy. I went back in person to let them know to resend and it still didnt get sent. Then I called and asked to resend again but to a different pharmacy in case the original pharmacy was the issue. Still nothing. My symptoms are still present all this time later.

Dr.Turk is amazing. Every visit with her is impeccable.But the admin part was not ok including 1hr and 40 min wait.Thank you.
