Thus far, I have had a positive experience with this institute. I have not yet had my surgery, though the care and attention I have received from Dr. Chin, from the Medical Assistant Rebeca, and from the Surgical Care Coordinator Claudia has been top notch to date.

2nd time getting an eye exam there, staff is ok theres some that are not very helpful but others are so sweet. I switched here from the Walmart vision center due to insurance purposes. The Dr. who did the exam rushed it and barely spoke to me. I had to ask her if my prescription changed bc she didnt say anything. It was like this both times. If I go back i would definitely see another Doctor or if I cant just switch to another place.

I had Lasik done here and it was beyond excellence 12 years ago. I have been going to them ever since for my annual eye exams. <br>I will say it can get quite expensive if you don't have vision insurance even for routine eye exams.<br>Recently I have noticed the wait time to see Dr. Jhaver is getting longer and longer. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and 2 hours later I am leaving. This has happened more than once. <br><br>Also, the one of the girls at the front desk is very abrupt every time I go there. I was beginning to think it might be me until I heard her talk the same way to an older man. <br>While I was paying, I was told only one girl knows how to do itemized receipts; so I could wait for her to come back from lunch or they could mail it to me. This seems ridiculous to me. <br>What happens if she gets sick? Or quits? <br>Get it together folks. Train more people. <br><br>Lasik=5 stars wish I would have done it sooner<br>Wait time =2 stars<br>Dr. Jhaver=5 stars <br>Front desk=1 star

First visit was one star, a commercial and not caring feeling of the staff. Subsequent visits made me to rate 3 stars. The staff (not doctor) should be more caring, responsive and health care oriented( My feeling). Average facility, good, but not excellent.
