I love my doctor, Mary Green. Mann Eye Institute is so different from Dr. Green's previous location which was very warm, friendly and relaxing. Mann Eye Institute is cold, unfriendly, and impersonal, from check-in to check-out.

Dr. Brian Tan was super professional and nice! Where I ran into some issues was with after my eye exam. There is a very slim selection of frames, not much to choose from whatsoever. I wanted my new prescription in my current frames and they told me it would take 10 DAYS for them to be done, and the woman coped quite the attitude with my mother and I about it. My prior eye doctor where we are from located in Vermont had my new glasses ready by the end of the day. 10 days is absolutely ridiculous, so beware of that when coming to this office. It was clear to me she was trying to get more than one pair of glasses out of my mother, this is when I became frustrated, just got my prescription and left. If you want your glasses done in a timely manner, do not go here. However, the rest of my experience was pleasant, I didnt wait long, the techs were decent, and the doctor was sweet & professional.

Parking is too expensive. 10th floor lobby area needs greenery, plants, trees and artwork so as not to appear so cold, crabby looking, plain and too industrial looking. No magazines or reading material in waiting areas. No tv with medical topics and information.
