Dr and people were wonderful but they did not take temperature or social distance. Chairs were not wiped down when people left waiting room.

The front office staff was welcoming but the optometry assistant was distracted and had to ask me the same questions more than once leading me to question the validity of the results of my exam and this is pre-lasik consult. The physician (cant remember his name) was short and borderline rude. My husband went to the woodlands location for his consult and procedure and had he not had such a good outcome with LASIK, I would be running for the hills. I went to the spring location for scheduling purposes but will have my procedure in the woodlands. D ette was the clinic lead and was kind and only saving grace for that visit.

Went in for a yearly exam with Dr. Manalo. Arrived on time for the appointment and they kept me waiting for 40 minutes and then spent the majority of time with the tech which was fine. Spent perhaps 10 minutes with the actual doctor. When I left I was presented with a $185 dollar bill. My insurance doesn't cover any of this. The cost of a regular eye exam at my optometrist is $60.00! Asked why this was more than twice as much and was told that they are specialists. They asked if I wanted to book for next year and I told them that I will not be coming back. I am a senior and I felt overcharged for $120.00.

Update
Tina reached out quickly and provided a satisfactory solution to address my concerns. Thank you.

Do a procedure that is not covered by insurance and they will only do cataract surgery without that test.
