    Had to go here for measurements tests. No communication before appointment but a text to confirm appointment. Was not told there was basically no parking. I had to pay $6 to park in garage next to place. Did not know there was the garage across from it that belongs to Cinemark which technically are not supposed to park in. They did say they would validate my ticket but had no time before appointment to go back to get it. Long walk. This place should have never moved to a location that has NO PARKING. or people have to pay to park. People are nice there but be nice to give people a phone call to let them know. Do not exit the garage by stairs. Stupid garage doors to stairs are locked from outside. I DO NOT A recommend this location if you do not have to go.

    Pre-op appointments were great, results from surgery were great, but the day of the surgery could've gone better!Had worries pre-surgery and instead of reassurance that things would be okay, the feedback I had from staff felt patronizing and unhelpful. Unlike previous visits there was pressure to get you through the steps quicker than to actually listen to what you had to say.Surgery table was super uncomfortable and slanted down so blood rushes to your head.Also, it seemed kind of strange to me but this was the first medical visit I've had where they didn't check blood pressure or heart rate! Seemed strange given that I was about to get eye surgery that blood pressure or heart rate weren't checked.Seemed like a large oversight to not check either when the surgery requires you to remain still throughout the procedure!

    The staff and Dr. that I ended up seeing were very courtegous and friendly. The reason that I didn't give them a 5 star is because I had an appointment with Dr. Brian Wright and I ended up seeing a different Dr. and I had no saying on that matter. At least, I should have gotten a call letting me know about Dr. Wright's avaiability, to make my own decision to cancel the appointment or not.
