The office is beautiful and the staff is great but timing was bad. My appt was on a Wednesday morning and took forever. I found it rather annoying that I kept getting brought into the back for tests and then put back into the front waiting room. It took over 30 mins (45 because I was 15 mins early) for the tech to bring me into the back for my first test. The back and forth seemed unnecessary.

I was happy with the service with one exception. My appointment was 9:40 am and I never saw the eye doctor until 10:30 am. Theres no emergencies here like are possible at a regular MD. I think this shows lack of respect for my time. I believe if I showed up an hour late, they probably wouldnt be ok with that.

I had a long wait after checked in. The eye drops are so expensive. I cant afford them. Steroid $156 , fry eye over $500. Called to notify. No call back
