Their mistakes have inconvenienced me 3 times. And yet, Im only still working through the trial period. Im not encouraged to finish my business here . Long wait times and unsure nurses that arent the doctor.

I got lasik done here. Procedure went well and staff was great. I was not informed though at the consultation that I would have to come back in for so many post ops. I would have chosen a closer location to me if I would have known this. Four the one year checkup, since they did not mention any cost for it beforehand I assumed it was included as a post op visit, like all the other ones were. This was not the case, but they told me they checked my insurance and they would cover it 100%. My insurance did not. I would have gone to my normal eye dr if I knew this wouldn't be covered to save half the price and the major time inconvenience of getting there if I knew this ahead of time. After being in contact with the office about going back to my insurance trying to fight the claim they ended up sending the unpaid balance to my credit report without warning after not hearing from them for quite a while. I assumed insurance appeal was just taking time. I did alot with insurance on my end, not sure how much they did. I will not be going back here, and would reccomend you either make sure to ask all these questions ahead of time or find an office who will be more upfront with you about the finanicals/follow ups.
