The Dr.'s and staff are exceptional.I would highly recommend to anyone. The parking however is horrible. Not enough handicap parking. And if you get lucky and get a spot it's hard to get in or out of your vehicle because it is so tight when opening your door. My husband (who is blind) had to hold on to the bed of my truck while I slowly pulled forward so he could get in.I noticed employees parking in the lot. I believe those spaces should be for patients only and employees should utilize the parking garage or park across the street.

Overall I do like Dr. Beavers and the medical assistant and staff here. However the wait for my appointment was one of the worst I've had in a while. I arrived on time and I still had to wait a full 45 minutes in the waiting room until they called me back to the exam room. After the first half hour, when I started seeing people who arrived after I did being called back before me, I went to ask the front desk what was going on, and they told me it would just be a few minutes more and that I'd be next. 10-15 minutes later and I still hadn't been called, and I saw more people called back who had arrived after I did, so I went back feeling frustrated and explained that I had to go back to work and didn't have unlimited time to wait for them to start my appointment. At that point they went to check on my status and said that I'd be called back by the medical assistant who would start my exam, and she did come a few moments later. However, I suspect that if I hadn't asked them what was going on I very well could have waited an hour. I understand sometimes that things get backed up, and that there are several doctors in this office, however I think it's unreasonable that the front desk didn't communicate any delay when I was checking in. If they're running nearly an hour behind, the front desk should have told me that there would be a longer wait when I arrived. I shouldn't have to sit, and sit, and wait and find out for myself that they're running so far behind. The front desk was friendly but didn't seem to have any regard for my time or others, as I saw other people who were waiting for quite a while.Once the exam started everything went well and the exam was thorough, and they were patient in answering my questions, but the wait to get there, and the way in which that was handled, needs some work. Since they gave me this information on the feedback card, my front desk team was mallory and Kiara, and the scribe and doctor were Alexandra and Dr. Beavers.

great staff, very professional, but was not happy with the price, they always advertise 500 or 800 per eye, but when you go there is always 2200 2300 etc.

I made an appointment specifically with Dr. Chang as I have 3 friends who go to her. My doctor Goosey does not handle eyelid issues so I chose Chang. When I arrived, I was told Dr. Chang was not there. I asked them to check farther a to why I did not have an appointment which had been confirmed. Then the receptionist eventually found that I had an appointment with Dr. Brunson. He was fine. However, I consider the change of doctors without advising me was unethical.
