Very rude experience, they attempted to do a corneal transplant on me before it was actually due, didn't bring up any other dry eye procedures. Overall extremely dissatisfied.

Serious clinical care lapses. This practice is so focused on maximizing profits that they schedule too many patients and therefore MDs rushed. Avoid this practice

He doesn't have good manners. He's arrogant and egotistical. I've had 3 visits with him giving him the benefit of the doubt. He has a negative and sarcastic attitude. I've never encountered a physician with this demeanor before. It's too bad. It's so disappointing. I told him I wanted a second opinion and I could see him fuming on the inside but he had an assistant in the room so he had to contain himself. He walked away without saying goodbye and shut the door behind him. He's not a good mentor for young physicians.

Phone staff are inept and rude. I'm going to schedule an appointment with another clinic who are professional and treat me with respect. Not surprised at all about the low review scores.
