This is my second cataract surgery at this practice. A very impressive team effort, very organized and effective. Dr. Oxford is an amazing surgeon and I had a great outcome both times, no longer needing corrective lenses. Highly recommend this practice for many kinds of vision needs.

This practice is the worst!! I went in 6 months ago for an eye exam due to some blurriness in my distance vision. I thought I was seeing an Ophthalmologist - I found out later is was an Optometrist? see insisted I needed glasses & didn't listen to the fact that my vision was only somewhat off - I was given a prescription for glasses & they didn't help - instead were awful - no way I could see better, worse in fact - tried them many times - fast forward a few months & they finally told me I had cataracts in both eyes - the surgery, if I did it, would greatly improve my vision - most likely no glasses needed - Why was this after the fact that I was prescribed glasses that I paid over $300 & they didn't even work!!<br>I made an appointment with Samantha the office manager - she wasn't at all understanding of my displeasure with the lack of organization of their business - my spending unnecessary $$ - she blamed the Optometrist who made my glasses - she was curt & very dismissive - she rudely said 2x - "you can leave"! that's customer service - I left with my eyes dilated & frustrated - no way I'd even consider returning<br><br>this place is like a factory - sooo many patients - Dr.'s like Dr. Linn almost running in & out of the very quick appointment - he too was rude - then tried to gloss it over - surgery is a big thing but they seem to make it like crossing the street - in & out - pay up<br>Scott Nielson - the higher up Manager - never even called me back after 2 calls - awful overall!!
