I had visited the Rockwall location and it was not a good experience. Dr. Desai, is absolutely fantastic!! He allowed me to talk and explain my pain and how it has affect my everyday life. He was not dismissive at all nor assumed because I was young, my pain wasnt real. He agreed with what I thought was needed to find the root cause of my pain and suggested a better plan to manage the pain for now. If nothing has helped, go see Dr. Desaiyou will not be disappointed!

Sadly Dr Rothbart just completed his 3rd procedure on my spine. (Lumbarectomy and (2) Cervical fusions) Dr Rothbart, his PA Clay, their staff, the PTs, the team at Texas Harris Hospital, they all listen, they are smart, thorough, thoughtful, consider all of the alternatives, dont do surgery unless its the final option, and are considerate of peoples lives and their time. Recovery from these procedures can be really long, but we are prayerful that life returns to normal, and as I told Dr Rothbart I hope to never see you again unless its at the grocery store or a charity event. BUt highly recommend his team!

Always greets with a smile or welcoming handshake. Gets the reason for your visit and talks through it then assesses best approach to rectifying problem.
