This was my first ever nerve test. When I arrived the front desk lady greeted me and was very professional. I was taken back to a room with another young lady. Shortly, Dr Tran arrived and she explained the process before, during, and after she gave me her oral findings. She had good manners. The place is very clean which is what I look for.

The visit with Dr. Lam was for my mothers low back and hips. He was caring, efficient, and made it easy for us to understand the issues that were causing her pain. One thing that I appreciated that I dont see mentioned is how time conscious Dr. Lam is. I have never been to a doctors office where there was virtually no wait time. As soon as we arrived into the clinic the check in process was smooth and within minutes his MA called us back. She asked additional questions and then proceeded to get an x-ray. As soon as that was complete he was in the room ready to discuss with us, truly unheard of at a doctors office. He will be getting high recommendations from my family and I!

Everyone with Spine Team Texas is outstanding. Dr. Desai actually listens and is understanding. The office staff is incredible. Very customer service centric and attentive. Scheduler Stacey is kind, prompt, and helpful! Easy to book appointments.
