I have experienced back issues for some time and the staff at Rockwall have worked to help me resolve these issues. I have experienced friendly staff at the Rockwall location and have been made comfortable on each visit. I would recommend the Rockwall location if you have needs with back issues.

Dr. Sanders made a point to establish a personal connection with me before beginning the medical aspect of my visit. He educated me on the spine model and the X-ray results and answered my questions compassionately. The office also seemed to be very efficient, I didnt have to wait even 5 minutes for any of the stages of my appointment, and everyone was personable and professional.

I always feel welcomed when I come for my appts. All staff members are friendly, especially Markus. He is very sincere about helping you and makes you feel glad that you saw him. Hes truly an advocate for this office.
