When arriving at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment I was first told that my appointment was at 2:00 then told, no it WAS at 1:30. Didnt get called back to see doctor until 2:00 anyway. The visit with doctor was just fine.

Very professional front office staff. Very efficient. I saw the Drs staff right at my scheduled appointment time, no waiting. Dr. Berg analyzed my health issue and spoke at length describing what I am dealing with and suggested my next steps in laymans terms. He gave me ample time to give my feedback and listened very carefully to my health history so that he could understand the cause for my visit. I did not feel like I was being rushed out. My treatment plan will take a few weeks but based on my initial visit, I believe I will be satisfied with the upcoming treatment.
