My appointment was for follow up. To start with a big thank you to the front desk, you recognized me and called me by name. That made me feel welcome and not just a patient. That goes along way. At the time of visit I was in more pain than words can say. Both the wonderful nurse and Dr realized it in an instant and treated me on the spot. She listened to everything I had to say and asked all the right questions that I could easily understand and answer. Things I would even know to just say. I am so impressed. Dr Nguyen spent a lot of time with me explained what I was going thru and results of both of my MRIs. I have and will recommend her and the staff to anyone and everyone. Dr Nguyen is the first dr in 32 years of living with my pain to make me feel that she really does care about me and making me better. Thank you so very much! You and you staff are awesome.

I was worried that it was probably time to get surgery because of my back problems! Dr Berg felt that we should try another epidural instead, so far so good!
