The staff at the Rockwall campus is superb. They are professional and personalize your care plan to you. Its not a place where everyone gets the same treatment plan. Top notch staff and facility. Highly recommend

My first visit. Spine Team provides a portal by which you can fill out your paperwork beforehand, which saves you time in the check-in process. Very impressed with the warm and welcoming nature of the staff. Dr. Miller saw me right away. He was very easy to communicate with. He is very knowledgeable and listened to my complaints. He knew immediately what my treatment should be, and I have already had some partial relief for which I am most grateful.

My appointment was a very positive experience. Everyone was very friendly and the biggest shock was that at no time did I have to sit and wait. I never felt rushed, but moved from station to station and saw Dr. Platon right on time. He listened and explained my condition so I could understand my options and the treatment plan he wanted to follow. A great team!!
