I visited with Dr. Tijmes about my neck and back and sits bones problems. He explained everything to me showing me examples of where and why I was having these particular problems and ways of treating them. He suggested starting off with physical therapy before doing anything else as this might help. So I am taking that route for now.

In August 2023 at the age of 55 I discovered I had osteoarthritis had to have surgery @ Texas Spine Center in Southlake. When I started my physical therapy a few weeks later I met my therapist, Jennifer. From the 1st day she made me feel comfortable explained the things she would be doing. I saw her twice a week starting in September ending in January. She got me back to where I needed to be so that I could return to work. She taught me the exercises that I could do at home so that I could continue my rehab after I returned to work.Jennifer was always very friendly professional. Although I was glad to end my PT and return to work, I miss her smile our conversations. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.
