At first I was a little reluctant to have my 1st Physical Therapy appointment via a Tele-med, but after having the tele-med appointment with Dr. Menditto I was extremely pleased the way she was able to diagnose my problem and show me the proper exercises. My hip had hurt for a couple of months and she showed me one exercise that helped me more than anything else I had tried on my own. I live 1 hr and 20 min away from the facility in Southlake and I am convinced the Tele-med appointment worked perfectly for me.
