I am 77 years old and Theresa is by far the best and most thorough PT have had in my journey. Her instructional delivery was clear and personalized for me. Very encouraging and her follow up procedure is one that does not say Im out of here and you are on your own. Now it is up to me to continue to build strength in my core and put in practice what she has taught me as she has given me an outlet for my pain which is getting better all the time. A Plus in my book.

My sessions with Michelle started in the Physical Therapy unit and moved on to the Doxy.Me on line environment because of the COVID-19 shut down. Michelle listed to my explanation of what happened to my back intently and set up a routine for me to follow. During the initial visit one of the exercises hurt by right shoulder. I explained that injury and she also included therapy for my shoulder. Michelle watched me do my exercises in the clinic and on line via video and critiqued them to get the full benefit. Michelle was friendly yet professional. I would certainly request I be assigned to her if the need for PT arises again in the future.
