If you want to know if you need back surgery and if it will help, this is the place to go. Dr Rothbart did an eight hour Tlif on my lower back. I walked out of the hospital the next morning. That was in 2005. I have been able to live an active life ever since. If you want sympathy, youre not healthy enough for surgery, you dont like physical therapy after surgery, or youre not willing to quit smoking, go elsewhere. If you want honest answers and the best treatment possible, Youve found it!

I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Dr. Zaryanov for the wonderful gift of feeling normal again. I had gone so long with such discomfort, so much it was affecting my normal daily functions. Honestly, I was hesitant and doubtful that I would ever get that sense of normalcy back, especially after going so long without relief and having, what felt like, no one understanding what I was experiencing. Dr. Zaryanov is amazing! He has been very compassionate and understanding! Thank you

Dr. Rothbart is probably one of the best spine surgeons around. I found him to be informative and very insistent that you take responsibility for your part of your care in order to have the best outcome. In my case, I had to quit smoking. Ive now had 2 level acdf and am feeling much better. I would definitely recommend him.

I wish Dr. Zaryanov could be my Primary Care Physician. His knowledge far exceeds the orthopedic realm. After 5 years of hearing bone spurs and age, and being blown off by other medical professionals, I went to Dr. Zaryanov for a diagnosis to file for SSDI. After being 45 mins late for my first appointment, he saw me anyway. Long story short, he ordered the tests and found the problem. And a year later I am blessed with more than his goal. He listens, and is open and honest.
