The lady at the front desk who checked me in was not very helpful. My xray was not sent by Touchstone imaging and never once did she made an effort to reach out to them. Dr Tran was able to reach out to Touchstone and have my X-ray emailed immediately. The paperwork process was very time consuming. I filled out everything online 2 days in advance and sat with a nurse for 45 mins going over everything I had already completed. When I mentioned this to the nurse, she said she understands it is repetitive but thats the process. Totally unnecessary and took about an 1 hr to visit with Dr. Tran.

Was very impressed with the visit. Dr. Royston was efficient, but also took the time to answer all my questions, etc.

Dr Badhey was professional yet personable. He took my description of the pain in my back and did a thorough assessment with test from top to bottom. After all of the test he explained all of the issues in my spine from top to bottom and there are many. It was amazing how he discussed all of the medical information in terms I could understand. He first did a procedure on my spine. After 10 days and physical therapy the reduction in pain is nil unless I over do it. Then I know it is time to rest!!! Next issue was a deep pain in my hip. It was relentless until Dr Badhey diagnosed it and treated it. It does not hurt at all now. AMAAING.Smart, eficient, easy to understand. Possibly the best doctor ever which is saying a lot because I am 71 years old with a multitude of health issues!Thanks Dr. Badhey
