Dr. Wilkins, and his staff were friendly and professional and treated me with respect. I appreciated the prompt and professional care given me and thankful for the immaculate waiting and exam rooms which were comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Wilkins attended me almost immediately. When he entered the exam room, he exuded self-confidence and had a warm and comfortable manner about him. He was very friendly. He introduced himself briefly and showed dedication, compassion and excellent skills by the meticulous questions he asked. He provided a first-rate service and gave exemplary care. He spent an appropriate amount of time assessing the causes of my pain and listened carefully to my concerns. At the end of the appointment, he reviewed his assessment and asked if I needed any clarifications. He was very thorough and direct and had clearly stated his treatment plan. Dr Wilkins instilled confidence in me with his self-assuredness and warm manner. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. McPherson very efficient and caring about my problem - We think the same about avoiding surgery, using only as a very last resort. He took time to answer questions and to ask questions about my life style. I was not rushed out of the office - did have feel like he was listening with one foot out the door..

Dr Wilkins is kind and thorough. He reviewed my scan before I even met him saving both of us time. He was up front in explaining how he could help me now and going forward. His staff is very kind as well.

I am so grateful for Dr. Z and his Nurse Yolanda for fitting me into their busy schedule last minute due to my increasing pain level in my back. Yolanda was very kind and empathetic. Dr. Z went through my imaging with me and he was very thorough helping to establish a game plan for surgery to help alleviate the pain that I am experiencing. Overall my entire experience with spine team Texas from the front staff to clinical and surgery schedulers has been phenomenal!
