I've never had a doctor make me feel as seen as Dr. Tijmes does! He truly takes his time to explain any procedure and your options. He is honestly the most amazing doctor I have been to and I have been to quite a few!! If you are looking for a spine doctor Dr. Tijmes should be your first choice.

Theresa has really helped me so much, I came to physical therapy with a bulging disc in my neck causing immense pain. She made me feel heard in what I was feeling and experiencing, took time to look at my MRI and fully explain what we were going to do, what those exercise's were doing to help, and what our goals were with physical therapy. Through following her direction I have recovered beyond what I believe was possible. She made physical therapy such a pleasant experience with her optimistic and happy personality, creating a very comfortable environment. She eased my worries related to my injury and helped increase my confidence in my recovery. I perform what she has taught me daily and its absolutely changed my life in comparison to where I was in the midst of my injury. Truly could not recommend Theresa enough!

Ive had a very positive experience at the Spine Team physical therapy, in large part due to Jennifers patience in working on my issues. A natural at making you feel welcomed and relaxed, she genuinely cares for your health and wellbeing. With her persistence and guidance, I got back to where Im able to do the activities that I love and give me joy. Im grateful to Jennifer and the kind staff at Spine Team for helping to improve my quality of life.

Dr. Garcia was awesome! Went to see him for a very bad sciatica pain. I was in agony and he was the only MD that gave me the correct medications to help with my pain. Thank you Dr. Garcia.
