Dr. Platon exemplified excellent people skills and knowledge of his field. He clearly explained the results of my MRI and E-Ray, displayed on the computer, in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He also used the skeletal display in his office as part of the explanation.

The staff and Dr Nguyen were awesome. Christina had wonderful communication skills and bedside manner. It was easy to establish a Dr patient relationship built on confidence and trust with her.

Very impressed with how knowledgeable and genuinely caring Dr. Platon is. It was nice to not only have an initial consultation, but to also start getting the ball rolling immediately with a care plan and action that same day. It definitely made the 40 minute drive to Rockwall worth it! The only extremely upsetting and disappointing thing: there is no option for a payment plan. VERY upsetting when unemployed and billing is unwilling to work with you to help get the care you desperately need.
