He expressed true concern for my feelings and history of my issue. He spent a lot of time with me, more than any other doctor I have been to. He was very easy to talk to and he explained everything in terms that I could understand. Also, he didnt rush me into making a decision on which treatment I wanted nor how soon I wanted it. Amazing doctor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He explained the MRI and X-ray results thoroughly. He also carefully discussed the options going forward. I did not feel pressured into any of the choices, and I am comfortable with the plan of care.

Of the many people who work at this facility, from receptionist, medical staff, insurance, setting up appointments, etc, everyone is glad to see me, always have positive and professional attitudes, and have been helpful in trying to provide relief for my pain. When I have needed a procedure for severe pain, I always receive follow up calls to check on me. I highly recommend Spine Team Texas in Rockwall.

Dr DeSai was very understanding of my back issues and actually listened. There was no wait time in the office ad his supporting staff very accommodating and helpful.
