Clean clinic, even early for my last appointment. I always get in within 10. Minutes. No, he will not provide pain meds right off. If thats what you want, you may get it and you may not. We start with PT. I do my stretches at home now. He and his PAs encourage pressure point injections and cortisone treatments, as well as meds for me. He mixes it up until he finds just the right treatment plan for you. And he really LISTENS.

Dr McPherson is caring, understanding and is anxious to do what is necessary to get me relief for my lower back pain. He is through and does not push surgery without first exploring other solutions. I know I am in good hands!

Dr. McPherson is the BEST! He is very personable and talks to you in a manner in which you can understand the issues and the options. Everyone at The Texas Spine Team are helpful and there to help you. Dr. McPherson sets high standards for everyone on his team and he leads by example. So glad I selected him to address my back issues.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. McPhersons professionalism, his medical knowledge of what was causing my lower back pain, and leg numbness. Over several visits he took the time to review with me a very detailed plan of action to work toward improving my situation and using the least invasive techniques first. He could have easily recommended more radical procedures initially, but I felt he was more concerned about keeping possible risks to a minimum, and doing more conventional treatment with prescriptions and therapy. Im sure glad I took his advice, since I am doing better, and almost back 100%!
