My experience was excellent at the Allen location. I had mistakenly come a week early for my appointment and the front desk helped me reschedule as I was going to be out of the state during my original appointment (totally my mistake). They got me in that week to see Dr. Miller who understood the urgency of my situation and got me scheduled immediately for a spinal injection. This is my second interaction with Spine Team Texas in 7 years and each time they have gone above and beyond.

Very impressed with the friendly and helpful office staff. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Prompt responses to returning phone calls for appointments. Dr. Zhang was very personable, concerning and efficient regarding my issues.

The process it took to administer the epidural injection in my neck was easy. It only took a few minutes for the injection. It was painless and successful. I hope this will get rid of my neck pain due to a pinched nerve.
