Dr McPherson was very personable, thoroughly reviewed my health history and current condition. He showed he was concerned and I greatly appreciated his conservative approach to treatment. He listened and addressed all my concerns. I was apprehensive about seeing a spine specialist for a long history of back issues but I'm convinced I went to the right place for treatment. The whole staff I interacted with were outstanding and from check-in to exit there was no time delays which unbelievable for a medical clinic.

From check-in to exit I was pleased with Spine Team Texas and Dr McPherson. He thoroughly reviewed my health history and present condition. He showed concern and listened to this patient before providing an approach to conservative treatment. Apprehension at first soon gave way to total confidence in Dr McPherson and staff. As treatment continues I am encouraged to see positive results in my health and relationship with Spine Team Texas Rockwall.

Great initial visit, confirmed what I thought was going on with a sciatica issue. Took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Very personable. Did not feel rush. Was very clear with options and expectations thru Physical Therapy and the next steps once that has been completed.
