Dr. Heher fixed my drooping eyelids and the experience was top notch from start to finish. She is highly competent and professional and it's clear that she knows exactly what she is doing. I tend to be anxious and her confidence and warm bedside manner put me completely at ease. I knew exactly what to expect during my recovery and am very pleased with the results. Her office manager also was helpful, professional and kind.

Dr Wu is and excellent doctor and surgeon. I had the Visian ICL in both eyes and would highly recommend her for this surgery. She went out of her way to evaluate me after surgery so I could avoid a 2nd trip into Boston. When it comes to surgery (never mind delicate eye surgery) you want the best and Dr Wu is definitely 1 of the best.

I went in for a visian ICL implant to correct my vision. It was not without any complications. But Dr. Wu and her team were always there to help and to answer all my questions. Eventually things worked out, my eyes healed and I do no longer need glasses. I have consulted another Eye surgeon for comparison but with Dr. Wu only I felt that every recommendation she made was in the best interest of the patient's medical outcome.

Update - met with Dr. Wu who discussed options and I chose cataract surgery with Symfony lens to replace mine. Dr. Wu is easy to talk with and explains well. I had the first eye done, and wow! What an improvement. But to the point, the surgery site (Surgi-site in Waltham) was great, everyone was professional and personable, from the receptionist to the post-op nurse. In and out within 3 hours. Follow-up the next day was a little slow, but because it went so well Dr. Wu okayed moving the date up for the 2nd eye, if an opening was available. The office made it happen, and my 2nd eye was done the next week. Again, a great experience at the surgery center. For NEEC, the receptionists in both Dr. Wu's area and the clinic area (where you go for the day after surgery check) we very pleasant and helpful. My experience with NEEC has been very positive, from the first contact to the surgery results (I am no longer wearing glasses, we'll see how good the vision gets in the next month). The 2nd surgery follow-up appt went very well and thorough. Great people, great doctor, great surgery. Don't think you'd go wrong here.
