I have been treated at New England Eye Center for over 10 years and have always had a positive experience. The practice is busy but the doctors and technicians I have worked with have always seemed efficient, caring, well-trained, attentive to concerns, and (most important) very capable. In 2018 they moved from somewhat cramped quarters to a new location on Concord Ave, and my recent experience there was positive.Another reviewer complained of excessive phone hold times, but I have not been on hold longer than 2-3 minutes and usually it is much less than that.

Dr. Raizman is an outstanding, talented, professional and kind eye surgeon. He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes this past spring. I am 100% pleased with the results. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking the best ophthalmologic care in the Boston area. A+ all the way!

Doctors seem OK but the office admin is incompetent. They repeatedly make mistakes. Almost every visit I have had some sort of problem with them. Misplace my chart so I wait an hour. Mix my chart up with someone else. Endless confusion about my insurance. It's taken me 4 phone calls and 2 faxes to get my records sent to a new place.

I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors
