He saw me when he was on call late at night and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was caring and very helpful.

Awful bedside manner. Very rude. She thought my 2 year old was my 10 month old! The appointment was for my 10 month olds eyes and she kept looking at my 2 year old saying his eyes dont look bad at all. Clearly thats the wrong kid. She didnt want to listen to my opinion about my child. She disregarded everything I said and summed it up to be clogged tear ducts when hes been admitted twice in the past month for this condition. Ive never been so upset leaving a doc appointment.

This is the worst physicians office you will ever visit. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff clueless and they dont give you any idea what your appointment with include. Avoid at all costs!

I honestly think the secretary is the reason this place will tank. She does not listen when you ask things and talks over you with nonsense. I've been there twice in the past 3 years and just cancelled my third yearly appointment because she's too difficult to deal with. The second time I went in, she argued my insurance wasn't correct (nothing had changed with it). I had to call the insurance company and put them on the phone together so they could tell her she was wrong. I didn't reschedule an appt because I was fed up. I ended up scheduling another appointment a few months ago after all because I do like Dr. Lamoreau but when I called to schedule, the secretary asked for my birthday, said I had no records there and argued I must be mistaken. I repeated my birthday again and she goes "oh you said it wrong." I'm sorry, it's my BIRTHDAY haha I didn't get it wrong. I had to call to cancel the appt because of weather and she goes "yes, you have an appointment today at 9:30" and I was like no, no I called and cancelled last night but got a voicemail asking me to confirm cancellation and she kept asking if I was coming in later. I had to plead for her to cancel my appointment entirely because the roads are too dangerous to travel on and she just didn't understand and kept asking what time I'd be in later. It's miserable dealing with her and I will never return because of this.

Besides the one 50-70 minute wait the last 2 time I saw Dr. Callahan, the office is poorly run; inefficient and unorganized. Dr. Callahan herself is nice enough and her credentials are excellent; but I have been to better doctors for similar issues. Her office just happened to be more convenient to my home. I will not be coming back.
