Doctor Hedges and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. I have been a patient here for the last six years and Ive never really had a bad experience. I would recommend any patient whos in need of a Neuro Eye Specialist be seen by Doctor Hedges and his team. I am a complex patient with a history of permanent double vision as a result of a Brain Tumor. If it wasnt for the brilliance of these Physicians, I wouldnt have been provided the correct prism lenses which have since drastically improved the quality of my life.

Very pleased and extremely happy with the work Dr. Kapadia did!! Its only been 2 weeks and I can already see great results! Working with his staff and him was extremely kind and answered all questions in a timely manner! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kapadia!!!

My opinion is don't go to Melina Morkin. The problem is not WHETHER she can practice medicine, but HOW she practices medicine. Her skills in patient interactions are extremely poor. She's condescending, and answered my questions with responses that steered me to do what she thought was best, instead of giving me information to make my own decisions. Every visit and each question I asked only produced filtered information, not full responses.This was a serious problem because she repeatedly instructed me to return for non-essential follow-up exams. Once I asked why I needed to come back and she said that SHE would feel better if did. Seriously. I understand that at times follow-ups are necessary, but Melina Morkin is a mechanical, overcautious robot and can't be trusted to give advice based on individual patient needs. There are plenty of cataract docs around Boston, so there's no good reason to choose Melina Morkin over more experienced and plainer-speaking docs.

Having an unknown eye issue going on, they got me in quickly, even though I was a new patient. The Dr was very thorough and caring. She caught a very serious issue on my first exam and has followed me closely since. Great Dr & no issues with staff, scheduling, or anything else Ive seen in the reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say!

Dr. Hamrah spends the time to learn your medical history and develop a personal plan to solve your vision problems. He is very detailed in his exams He explains your condition & suggested treatment clearly and in detail.
