The customer service here is astrcious .... waited 45 mins for the appointment multiple times.... why would you on purpose overbook so you can make a couple of extra dollars... maybe rename yourself to dollar store ?

I really enjoyed my experience at the New England Eye Center. The receptionists (specifically Kimiko and Georgina) are always warm, courteous and helpful. Doctor Lamoreau is incredible at her job . She is always thorough, sweet yet professional and incredibly in tune with her patients needs . I highly recommend going to her.

I'm very perplexed by the negative reviews. I am sure they had their reasoning, but I've been there 4 times over the years and had only positive interactions. In my line of work as a choreographer, some people are just impossible to please.

One final comment. Parking can be an issue bc the hospital parking is quite full. Walk if you can, but if you drive be prepared to pay 2-6 dollars for parking if you plan to be there for 1-3 hours.

Anyway go to Dr Lamoreau! She's awesome!

BEWARE! You will be getting charged twice, or even three times, for procedures here. I found out the hard way that not only did I have to pay the hospital, but the physician as well. I have never heard of such a thing. After paying off both accounts this year, I got another call today saying I owe more money on ANOTHER ACCOUNT! So far I have spent close to $2000 and now I am told I owe close to $1000 more from a visit close to a year ago. So that now makes three accounts total for one procedure, two for the hospital and one for the physician.I do have to say Dr. Wu is awesome. She did do a wonderful job, but the billing process is like nothing I have ever seen before and that is what is getting the horrible review.

Dr. Kapadia was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist who is a surgeon. She felt uncomfortable performing tear duct surgery and sent me to Dr. Kapadia. The surgery was a failure. Dr. Kapadia was abrupt with me, changed the percentage of the outcome of the surgery after the surgery failed. You may want to visit the experts in Boston for tear duct surgery.
