Gone are the friendly, efficient and helpful days when Leah worked there. There was always a happy, energized vibe in the air. These folks always seem too busy to acknowledge you have walked in, stressed and overwhelmed even when 3 are not with anyone and there's just 1 patient in the office. I don't understand it and each of my last few visits I experienced the same thing. The older woman is exceptionally cranky and should not be in a job interacting with people. I am so disappointed in what has become of this place.

After bouncing around from doctor to doctor, I finally got referred to Dr. Rifkin and I couldnt be happier! She immediately put me at ease about my uveitis diagnosis and took the time to ensure that I understood the problem by drawing a diagram. In addition, while most doctors suggested a ton of medications within minutes of meeting me, Dr. Rifkin went so far as to ask about family planning before writing her prescription. I really appreciate this as my husband and I have been trying for a baby! I have found my forever doctor! Thank you so much Dr. Rifkin!

Dr.Nadia K. Waheed during appointment of my elderly 78 years old grandma was completely unprofessional : 1) unexpectedly rude 2) her Muslim hear dress wasnt look cleaned; 2) wrote prescription for eye glasses without checking eye site vision; 3) left my grandma to sit in the chair for more than 1.5 hours to see other patient, even appointments was made half a year ahead , upon her return without any explanation or apology she send my mother home.
