The treatment and surgery I received from Dr. Kapadia and his staff at Boston Eyelid Surgery on Worcester Street in Wellesley was exceedingly positive and I am grateful to have come across his practice. After having a prolonged bought with styes, I finally elected to have cosmetic surgery.Dr. Kapadia is one was the most skilled suturing surgeons I've ever come across ( I work in the medical field as a sales rep and have seen a few!).I am humbled by his work and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a change in the field of cosmetic/ ophthalmic surgery.Furthermore, his staff, especially Donna, Jessica, Kayla and Kendra were super helpful and kind, leading up to, the day of, and post surgery.I would highly recommend this practice/ surgeon. 5/5 Stars!

I usually dont write bad reviews, however with this medical office I need to make an exception. This review is in regards to front desk/office staff.I have never been treated in a medical office like this before. On multiple occasions the rudeness of staff and attitude is unbelievable. Every time they pick up the phone, its like they dont wanna be there and help you with anything. Additionally, on multiple occasions they made errors on my daughters account regarding appointments and follow ups. The appointments would not register and would not be added to her account. Instead admitting the mistakes on multiple occasions, the lady whispered under her breath, oh my god.I find this to be disheartening that Im looking for a new doctor for my 4 years old daughter, not because of medical treatment or staff/doctors but because of the front desk staff and their continuous attitude and poor customer service.

Doctor Yoo and the staff were wonderful to my son when we realized at around four years of age that astigmatism was effectively giving him mono-vision. He now has great sight as evidence by his mean ping-pong game!
