The wait for Dr. Wu apparently is at least 3 hours. Literally what the reception tells me. Ive been to the Framingham location a dozen times and their doctors are 100% on time. This Welleley location is my first visit and Im still waiting. They better approve to cancel theres no way I can wait out the whole 3-5 hours.

This doctor is rude to her patients, does not speak to them with respect at all. Give unclear instructions. Makes patient feel like its their fault for having a certain condition. Horrible schedule and does not work with patient and is never flexible. Gives patient a hard time about appointments even though she barely works during the week and expect her schedule to align with all of her patients. Even if it doesnt, she doesnt have to be rude about it. The constant attitude and judgmental tone she has always made me not wanting to be honest and never had the comfortable patient doctor interaction that Im supposed to have. She gives families a hard time when speaking with an accent even though its understandable so it seems like its just her need to constantly be disrespectful. Ive seen many doctors in my life and its always been a pleasant experience as I am very respectful of my doctors time and work but this Dr is just not meant for a job that includes people interaction

they dont know how to do correct eye screening. for my 10yr old daughter they prescribed +5.5/+2 glasses wheares other two centers prescribed +2/+0.5. this has caused a lot of mental stess to my daughter and us.I would not advise anyone to visit them.

Doctor is not responsive here, took me two months to get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy.
