I was having a problem with my vision so I made an appointment to see a doctor here. I had been to their office before when they were in Watertown and got excellent treatment. The doctor I saw then could not see me so I was seen by another doctor. At the first appointment I was initially seen by a technician who ran a number of tests. The doctor came in to examine me. I thought he looked a bit rough and was lacking in personality, but I didn't mind as long as he knew what he was doing. He wasn't sure what was wrong but said I should come back the next day to be fitted for glasses. It was at the next appointment things went downhill. He came into the examining room still looking rough. Then, as he was placing lenses in a frame he kept wiping them on his sweater. I should have said something at the time as this was not only unprofessional but very well unhygienic. When the lenses didn't solve the problem he told me to return and see one of his colleagues. There was more that occurred that made me lose confidence but I won't get into all of that.
The next morning I called the office to cancel the appointment as I was not at all confident in the way I was being treated. The lack of hygiene was a major concern. I asked to see the doctor I had seen last year and was told I couldn't. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't appear to be listening to me and did not address my concerns.
I am now going to find another practice. I would recommend you stay away from this one.

The customer service here is astrcious .... waited 45 mins for the appointment multiple times.... why would you on purpose overbook so you can make a couple of extra dollars... maybe rename yourself to dollar store ?

BEWARE! You will be getting charged twice, or even three times, for procedures here. I found out the hard way that not only did I have to pay the hospital, but the physician as well. I have never heard of such a thing. After paying off both accounts this year, I got another call today saying I owe more money on ANOTHER ACCOUNT! So far I have spent close to $2000 and now I am told I owe close to $1000 more from a visit close to a year ago. So that now makes three accounts total for one procedure, two for the hospital and one for the physician.I do have to say Dr. Wu is awesome. She did do a wonderful job, but the billing process is like nothing I have ever seen before and that is what is getting the horrible review.

Dr. Kapadia was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist who is a surgeon. She felt uncomfortable performing tear duct surgery and sent me to Dr. Kapadia. The surgery was a failure. Dr. Kapadia was abrupt with me, changed the percentage of the outcome of the surgery after the surgery failed. You may want to visit the experts in Boston for tear duct surgery.
