    Medical staff is excellent. The front-end/reception area is a complete train-wreck. Don't bother calling in for anything, just show up in person as no one answers the phone and there is no way to leave a message for a call-back. Good luck.

    Terrible bedside manner. Impatient and rushed. He did not take the time to explain things adequately. He did not give me enough time to ask questions I needed to ask. He did not seem to understand my medical history. When he entered the exam room, the atmosphere became tense, almost hostile-feeling. He snapped at his assistant in front of me and her coworkers. He snapped at me during the exam for not moving my eyes fast enough. When the exam was over, I thought he would write me a prescription for my dry eyes, but instead he rushed me out of the room while barking at his assistant and sprinting away. I left my appointment feeling terrible. Would not recommend him. Would not go back to Dr Robinson if he was the last doctor on earth. It was that bad.

    I usually dont write bad reviews, however with this medical office I need to make an exception. This review is in regards to front desk/office staff.I have never been treated in a medical office like this before. On multiple occasions the rudeness of staff and attitude is unbelievable. Every time they pick up the phone, its like they dont wanna be there and help you with anything. Additionally, on multiple occasions they made errors on my daughters account regarding appointments and follow ups. The appointments would not register and would not be added to her account. Instead admitting the mistakes on multiple occasions, the lady whispered under her breath, oh my god.I find this to be disheartening that Im looking for a new doctor for my 4 years old daughter, not because of medical treatment or staff/doctors but because of the front desk staff and their continuous attitude and poor customer service.

    I WAS HUNG UP TWICE SPOKEN OVER AND IGNORED. The paitient care here is abhorent , regrandless of them taking new paitens or not.
