These guys are seriously unprofessional. My left eye is 20/45 and my right eye is 20/25. I went to get tested for an enhancement and 2 of the 3 appointments to get evaluated they couldn't complete the tests. I have to take time off work to get those evaluations. The first time I was sent into the wrong waiting room, the second time the machines were down, and I had to miss a day of work because they didn't call me to reschedule. I scheduled an enhancement twice, and the first time was rescheduled due to re-verify the changes. The 2nd enhancement might have to be rescheduled because the optometrist and the surgeon didn't communicate and the optometrists blamed the surgeon for "taking vacation". I was supposed to get a test lens to verify the laser work. This is expensive lasik, at $4500 for both eyes. They waste your time, and screw up.
