    I went in for a routine eye exam and instead of billing the appointment as such, Dr. Robinson chose to claim that I was in for two medical conditions, and thus, my insurance will not cover the appointment, and I am stuck with a bill for $250. I will never be going back to this office for this reason.

    These people are total crooks. I went in for a routine exam - the doctor asks if I look at a computer all day for work, which I do. So she gives me some lubricating eye drops. 9 months later and I have received a bill for $140.46 which has now been handed over to collections because apparently that is a "condition" as she billed for it to my insurance, which only covered the checkup. Just trying to milk my insurance, and now the cost is on me! Total BS... will not be going back.

    Terrible clinic. Staff unwilling to help. All about making money without caring about the patient's best interests. Avoid, even if it's as conveniently located for you as it was for me

    Avoid at all costs. Terrible staff that absolutely does not have your best interests at heart. Unfair business and billing practices. Many other options in Boston. Choose any but here. Very disappointed I decided to leave my previous optometrist for someone a little bit closer. They didn't even help me through the administrative issues I was having.<br><br>Read what Charlotte wrote. Sounds like par for the course here
