My eyelid surgery was to correct drooping eyelids. Stitches were poking out of one of my lids post surgery and had to be removed in the office. One of the stitches is still visible and would have to be removed in an operating room. I'll go to someone else to correct it. Also, my eyes no longer look the same - one eye is now smaller than the other. I do not recommend her as a surgeon.

The Dr. was lovely and thorough however the receptionist is horrible, argumentative and condescending. Good luck if you ever have to call the office.

I assume the doctors are very competent but they have lousy bedside manners. And be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your exam. No one there seems to care about you, the patient.

Not happy with physician who I saw. She seemed rushed, not very thorough or interested in explaining things of importance to me. It felt like an imposition. Wouldn't go back here again.

Besides the one 50-70 minute wait the last 2 time I saw Dr. Callahan, the office is poorly run; inefficient and unorganized. Dr. Callahan herself is nice enough and her credentials are excellent; but I have been to better doctors for similar issues. Her office just happened to be more convenient to my home. I will not be coming back.
