Published hours are not true. Not happy to drive across town in the rain to fix their admin problem, to find locked doors after 4 and nobody inside would answer the door.At least publish your true hours

Dr Wu is outstanding but the front desk workers 9/10 times are extremely rude. They are those types of people that are literally looking for problems instead of trying to solve them. And it is quite obvious they take enjoyment in making others' days worse. Sorry to the doctor about the low stars and bad description but I vow to change this as soon as this ever improves. I did just leave a 5 star review for your office in boston though. Amazing staff there all around to go with the amazing care.Update, I am changing my stars from the original 1/5 to 3/5 (wish could do 2.5 but oh well haha), because there is one front desk person that is great (but its a roll of the dice if you'll get her) and a 1 of the other technicians there was really great. So it's very dependent on who you get each time.

Great once you are there, but it is almost impossible to get through to speak to someone on the phone, sometimes it takes me days of trying.

She's very knowledgeable, but it comes through in her attitude. Instead of explaining something further or in a different way, she repeats the same information as if you didn't hear it. She also ordered 5 blood tests for me after informing me she was looking for one specific thing (one test). I am now left to argue with the facility who says I owe them $XXX even though I wasn't informed of the additional tests and didn't authorize any more than the one.

I lost vision in my right eye because a cornea graft would not adhere. I have had 7 surgeries/procedures in 5 weeks, most of them with my surgeon who referred me to Dr Wu. Dr Wu will be doing another surgery on 5/4 and I know her goal is to restore my sight. Dr Wu is warm and friendly but not all who work with her are. They are all business and I kind of felt just like a number. Joanne however, who checked me in was wonderful. The office told me on a Friday that I needed a Covid test for a Tues. surgery. Kind of short notice. I was awake and in pain the whole night after surgery. No pain meds were given. After the procedure, no one told me when I could return to work, if I had any restrictions or what to expect post surgery. They did send info to my HR department who didnt tell me anything either. Overall, not a positive experience for me but I think Dr Wus goal is to give me my sight back.
