I took my Dad here and we waited 7 hours. Saw every student in Boston before seeing Wu. All she wanted was for him to have cataract surgery. She gave no details and just kept pushing the operation. I have zero need to line her pocketbook. Should be ashamed of herself

I took my mother to see Dr. Wu in Boston and like others we waited about 3 hours. It would have taken less than 30 minutes if her and her staff were more efficient. We spent most of the time waiting...Not sure how she is as a surgeon as my mom's eye sight is not better after the surgery.

DO NOT GO TO THIS EYE CENTER IF YOU ARE UNDER 70 and ARE NOT RUSSIAN!
They have no regard for you. They are rude. They are not considerate. They don't care about your business.

About a year ago, I had gone to Dr. Rosenberg at this location for a check up and he was great. So this year, I made an appointment for an annual check up and showed up.

They told me they called me two days prior to cancel. I showed them my phone. No voicemail and no text. I asked why they didn't try the day prior or even that morning and I got a blank stare not just from the receptionist but from the three additional folks looking on.

I asked if someone else could see me as I rearranged my schedule to keep my appointment they said "no." No apology. No nothing. They are all Russian and just really gruff.

In this day and age of personal service and care, this place clearly has none. SKIP IT and find yourself someone who wants your business.
