Staff was awsome. But over 2 weeks to get glasses. Totally unacceptable.

The wait time was quite long. The initial technicians were not efficient nor knowledgeable. I appreciate if they were new workers, but I wouldve appreciated if they had been honest and asked for help. By the time we saw the doctor, we were absolutely exhausted, myself and my daughter. The doctor however, was wonderful.

Very nice staff, well coordinated outfits. Dr was very nice and informative, what I didn't like is meeting with the finance lady and she had no clue what my cost would be until day before surgery. Pushed to have me schedule for an "Ascan" $350 which i refused to do until I knew what my cost would be, she then said she'd contact the insurance depart at the MEI and get back with me, after finally calling me back my estimate was minimum $16k, granted i have a 4k deductible, that price didn't include the surgery center fees and the anesthesia. Very disappointed in the presentation and marketing done to get me in advertising multifocal lens for $3995.00 My insurance only covers basic lens, so I completely understand the costs involved however, when I checked with another doctors office, I was quoted half the cost. I don't like feeling like I'm dealing with a finance person at a car dealership. I'm sure they are awesome doctors, just totally not into..."we'll let you know the day before your surgery."

They use to be great years ago. Last time I went they were not. Rude front staff that offered no help to the issue that was their fault to begin with. She was also rude about me not bringing a face mask even though in the confirmation phone call they mentioned nothing about it. The nurse was nice but did not offer any information about the contacts they had me try. Also I could not tell how they fit because they dilated my eyes so they were completely numb. Yet they wrote me a prescription for those specific kind anyway and I do not want those brand after trying them when I was not numb. At check out I was told I could talk to a lasik specialist. No one took me so I asked the lady who checked me out and she sat me at an empty desk and had me wait. Turned out to be the wrong desk and when someone did show up she took me to the correct one. She wasnt overly friendly either. Definitely disappointed as I have been going to this place since I was a child.
