I set up a free lazer eye exam for my husband, but asked if he could turn it into an eye exam for an Rx, and they told me its possible but we would have to pay. And that was fine with us. Well when my husband went in they said the same thing BUT (hence only the two star) they do exams but they dont give out Rx. SO my hubbies eyes were dilated and sensitive for nothing!! Also, he was the perfect candidate for eye surgery and for a mere $4000 (which seems crazy expensive) he could do it!

Prices are too high for some of the products they offer, got a quote for a pair of glasses, took it across the street to another company and got the same for about$200.00 less

Not too happy that no one bothered to tell me that contact lens fittings were only good for 45 days. For me to try different lenses in order to decide which type to go with, I'm being charged another fitting fee. Ridiculous!! Guess need to find someone/someplace new.

I visited this office for the first time, I have problem with very dry eyes and watering eyes, and I noticed that I need new graduated glasses, the ones I wear were prescribed about 4 years back. The female doctor that attended me was nice, but I was surprised that I didn't get any drops or medication, I was not instructed what to do. She gave me just some kind of foam soap to clean my eyes twice a day.To make the story short I didn't feel comfortable with the services she rendered to me. She was providing information to the assistant that entered my data and not providing enough information to me. Facility very clean, nice and comfortable.

Will not be returning to this place. Staff is rude. Over priced frames and overall not pleased with my experience.
